This is my preferred Starbucks in the area. The staff are always speedy, friendly and helpful. Have an urge for something different? They'll help you choose something within your tastes but not too far out of your comfort zone. The parking lot can be a disaster, especially during peak hours. Although the drive thru is quick, I prefer to order inside and relax for a few minutes before heading to work.

Starbuck are usually pretty consistent where ever you go. This one is good for having the right product. But it's in a crappy location, hard to get to, and once you are there, it's really small. Not the kind of Starbucks you want to take the chance of packing your bags to spend a day studying at. The people have always been friendly, and again, no complaints on the good.

While the general location is good, the parking situation is bad. The drive thru jacks stuff up when its busy. Also, probably only about 15 parking spots without other options. Inside is smallish too. couldnt find a seat, so I rolled in my car. Didn't like the vibe of this joint. That said, I got hot, dark, bitter coffee, which made me happy, which is what its all about.

It's upsetting when I go up to get a refill during non peak hours and doesn't give me 5 seconds to tell him my drink. Then he doesn't poor out rest of the previous drink (witch was a different flavor) and just starts making the the drink.

I took my son in this morning for a bite to eat, my total was around $15. I only had about $13 in small bills, and a couple of $100 bills on me. The barista said they couldn't break it and turned me away! Come on Starbucks, we left hungry and angry....

Not the best kept establishment. For example, this morning: customers weren't greeted at the door, took too long to acknowledge customers at counter, both baristas were openly arguing, orders were miscommunicated (including mine), drive through attendant and barista argued about who could have the box of stoppers. (Really? How about splitting them up? Duh.) Seriously, all this happened in the 10 minutes I was in there. Hey mgmt, tend to your flock.

I normally go through the drive-thru here, but the last 2 times I came here was to use to wifi. Both times, the dude here w/the glasses and dark hair, I'm assuming he's a manager, was a total rude a**. It's not even he's being rude in a specific way, like he has a problem w/me (bec as I stood there, he was just as cold and rude to the woman in front of me). He's just not polite...i.e. When I ordered my drink, he said. "What? I can't hear you." Same thing to the lady w/an accent in front of me..."What?", and he said it in an annoyed tone. He is also cursing while talking w/the other employees with customers sitting here. Someone should call this arrogant dude out. I've worked w/the general public before, so I understand having a bad day, but it's clear it's just this dude's mentality...arrogant/cold/mad/woman hater? lol Who knows. Come to this Starbucks and see for yourself.

It has a drive thru! It's near the overpass construction so stop by and get your favorite drink there. It's still a quick in and out.
